Result: 40kg, 50kg, 52.5kg, 55kg, 50kg
First time on power cleans, so learning the techniques were essential. Starting position like deadlifts, and keep the body close to the bar at all times. 40kgs were quite easy, 50 was doable, 52.5 quite mental, and failed all 3 times on the 55. So went back finish up at 50.
