WHOA, woke up in the morning for this one! Felt awesome working out early, instead of at the end of a long tiring day. Managed a PR for the deadlifts, 10kgs better. Only my 3rd session of deadlifts, so hopefully can continue to improve. Some of the elites have their starting weight at 130kgs, so a long way to go still. Either way it feels awesome.
